McDonald's Happy Experience
We were brought on by Egg Strategy to help McDonald's reimagine its Happy Meal experience, which had been facing a decade-long decline in revenue. Working closely together, we developed innovative strategies aimed at resonating with a new generation of parents and their children. This collaboration resulted in a significant surge in sales and the successful integration of new technologies.
Over the past decade, multiple initiatives have been launched, driving remarkable growth in both consumer engagement and revenue. One notable success, the "Pay with Lovin'" campaign, was conceived by Ad Vogele during our work on the Happy Meal transformation at McDonald's headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Aspen One
How do we celebrate a rich culture steeped in ski heritage and mountain living, one that has become a global icon among top destinations?
Aspen One holds a treasure trove of content—over 80 years of rich Aspen Snowmass history—just waiting to be explored. By unlocking this vast archive, we were able to fuel consumer engagement and tap into new revenue streams for retail and marketing. The beauty of it? All they had to do was open the door to the vault.
Among the many stories embedded in Aspen’s legacy, there are four iconic dogs forever tied to the mountain: Bruiser, Bingo, Mumbo, and Hobo.
For nearly 80 years, world-changing figures have passed through Aspen and Snowmass, leaving behind a legacy that deserves to be immortalized. Visionaries like Walter and Elizabeth Paepke, the Crown family, Friedl Pfeifer, Spider Sabich, Bill Janss, Lindsey Vonn, Klaus Obermeyer, and Mikaela Shiffrin, to name just a few, have all shaped this extraordinary place.
The Rocky Mountains, home to our four majestic peaks, rise proudly in our backyard—Maroon Peak, Highland Peak, Hayden Peak, Sievers Mountain, Baldy Mountain, and Mount Sopris. We can see their towering forms, feel the presence of their vast landscapes. But what if you could touch the very contours of these mountains with your fingertips? What if you could shrink these monumental peaks and take a piece of their grandeur home with you?

Labbits
Labbit, the iconic rabbit character, first gained fame as part of a nineties rock poster art series. Born from the creative minds at Kidrobot, Labbit quickly became a beloved figure in the world of designer toys and pop culture. The character’s origin story is as quirky as its design. Initially conceived as a "Smoking Rabbit," a playful misprint by the Japanese manufacturer on the packaging led to the now-famous name: “Smorkin’ Labbit.” From that point forward, the character was officially known as the Labbit, and the rest, as they say, is history.
While the “Smorkin’ Labbit” remains the most well-known version, Labbit has taken on many forms over the years. Sporting everything from a classic mustache to a full-on beard, the lovable rabbit’s facial hair and expressions vary, but his signature shape and cheeky "sphincter" always stay the same. Whether he's holding something in his mouth or simply showing off his iconic look, Labbit has proven to be as versatile as he is charming.
Since his debut, Labbit has been reinvented countless times across a wide range of mediums. From vinyl figures and plush toys to apparel and limited-edition collectibles, hundreds of different versions of Labbit have been created, each one a unique interpretation of this lovable, mischievous character. His enduring appeal speaks to his status as a true pop culture icon—one who continues to evolve, delight, and entertain fans around the world.

Snoop Dogg 20th Anniversary Doggystyle
Entertainment icon Snoop Dogg and Kidrobot came together to create a one-of-a-kind collectible, blending creativity and culture to release an exclusive, limited-edition Snoop Dogg art toy. To celebrate the legendary rapper’s impact on pop culture, we cracked open the gin and juice and brought back Snoop’s iconic 1993 look in a 7-inch form. With braids, shades, and a signature blunt in hand, this toy captures the essence of the laid-back, larger-than-life persona that made Snoop a household name.
The design process behind this exclusive piece was a true collaboration, with Snoop himself working closely with the design team to bring his vision to life. At the heart of the creation was a deep focus on Snoop’s early roots in the hip-hop world during the early '90s. Every detail was carefully considered to capture the singular characteristics that have made Snoop Dogg a pop culture phenomenon—constantly redefining what it means to be cool. From the braided hair and shell-toe sneakers to the classic Locs sunglasses, the art toy honors Snoop’s unforgettable 1993 look while subtly integrating elements of his evolved, elevated lifestyle today.
This collaboration wasn’t just about nostalgia—it was about celebrating the icon that Snoop Dogg continues to be, immortalizing his legacy in a collectible form that resonates with fans old and new.

The Simpsons Mr. Sparkle–Disrespectful to Dirt!
Mr. Sparkle (ミスタースパーコル, Misutā Supākoru) is a Japanese brand of dishwashing detergent, notable for its mascot, which bears an uncanny resemblance to Homer Simpson. This quirky design caught the attention of fans when it was featured in The Simpsons episode “The Springfield Connection.”
In the episode, Homer takes Bart and Lisa to the Springfield Dump to dispose of an old Christmas tree, where they stumble upon a box of Mr. Sparkle detergent. The family is startled to discover that the mascot on the box looks eerily similar to Homer, with its round face, stubbled chin, and signature expression. This leads to an amusing moment of confusion as they try to unravel the bizarre connection.
As it turns out, the resemblance was no accident. The design of Mr. Sparkle was the result of a joint venture between two Japanese companies: Matsumura Fishworks and Tamaribuchi Heavy Manufacturing Concern. In an unexpected twist of branding, the two companies combined their individual mascots—a fish and a lightbulb—to create the odd yet memorable Mr. Sparkle. The fusion of these two elements somehow ended up looking strikingly like Homer Simpson, much to the delight (and confusion) of The Simpsons audience.
We love imagining game changing solutions with like-minded visionaries.
